Stephen Appiah Led Accra Works Out




Primeval media-powered monthly fitness session dubbed ‘Accra Works out’ will came off today (February 27) on the multi-purpose court of the Accra Sports Stadium.


The primary aim of the fitness session is to enable employees of corporate Ghana de-stress at the end of each month in an atmosphere of fun, while networking for immediate and/or future benefits.


This month’s workout session was graced by former Black Stars skipper, Stephen Appiah, his partner in crime during the national terrific years, Laryea Kingston, national chief drummer, Joseph Langabel and ace broadcast journalist Fiifi Takie.


The General Secretary of the Sports Writers Association of Ghana William Ezah was also in attendance at event.Accra Works Out Primeval Media Stephen Appiah Laryea Kingston Vitamilk


Many other dignitaries and students from the University of Ghana and Accra Polytechnic.


Previous work outs were attended by celebrities like “Rap Doctor” Okyeame Kwame, Naa Ashorkor, Praye Tia Tia (aka Big Jay), Adjetey “Pusher” Anang, M.anifest, Miss Malaika 2014 contestants, Augustine Arhinful, C.K Akunnor, Black Stars assistant coach, Maxwell Konadu, GFA spokesperson Sannie Daara, etc.


Participants were led by keep fit instructors and they were taken through various aerobic regimes, including the famous ‘azonto session’ led by the Azonto Twins, vis-a-vis good music from Cil Soundz to make the exercise fun as always. Those in attendance were refreshed after burning the calories.


Next month’s edition will be on March 26 at the same venue.
