With 17 days to the start of the Ghana premier league, West Africa football Academy sporting club known formally as Gomoa Fetteh feyenoord is a sporting club that was founded by feyenoord from Rotterdam.
The have their home grounds at the Sogakope Park in the Volta region of Ghana.After securing promotion to the 2014/2015 league season ,the young lads played some exquisite and flawless football skills accompanied with some good team work which was very appealing to the eyes.
After placing 7TH in the 2014/2015, the year 2016 promises to be a year of ambition for WAFA as they are seen as a reckoning force in Ghana Premier league especially at the Sogakope Park.
They kick of their campaign against the Kumasi Asante Kotoko who lost during the last visit to the grounds on the 20th February.
