Techiman City FC midfielder Iddrisu Mohammed is in stable condition after a deadly clash with Berekum Chelsea Asiwome Fumador in the opening matches of the season.
The 18 year old defensive enforcer had to be rushed to the hospital after a head on collision with his Berekum Chelsea opponents in his debut match for Yussif Abubakar’s side at Techiman.
Mohammed has since been given eight titches on the head and he nears full recovery.
The teen sensation enjoyed a bright start to his top flight career debut match on Sunday but saw his excitement cut short after near fatal clash with the on rushing Asiwome.
Spectators feared the worts when the two players stayed on the ground for a longer period and were even made to wait further for the true state of affairs as they left the pitch on the stretcher.
Sportscrusader followed up the injury development and confirm the stable condition of the duo especially Iddrisu Mohammed whose conditions looked worse.
The extend of his injury lay off is however not clear despite his improved state of affairs.
Iddrisu played a starring role for the Brong Ahafo based side in the second tier league en route to their qualifications but has been tipped by many to extend his impressive outings in the top flight proper.
