Veteran Ghanaian trainer Joseph Kwabena Fosu has called on the judicial wing of the Ghana football Association to fast track its adjudication procedures if they are to avoid delays to the start of the domestic league.
The head coach of division one new comers, Rockets FC lamented on the extremely slow legal process and its long term effect on the domestic football calender. The ex-Upper West Heroes trainer commended the legal team for their firm decisions but believe they could have done better by speeding up their legal contribution to the beauty of the game.
The experienced trainer, who has seven National middle league appearances to his name as a coach, highlighted the negative impact of their bureaucratic processes of the legal arm of the FA.
JK Fosu, older brother of Maxwell Konadu, cited the delayed 2015/16 season’s kick-off as one of several negative effects of the protracted issues with the legal team.
“Ghana football has a very bright future based on the young and quality players in the league, but the main problem facing the league now is the legal arm.
“The delayed outcome from this wing is not helping the league at all. The image of the whole league will suffer just because of delayed outcome from protest cases”, JK Fosu told sports crusader.
“How can you delay the results of a protest case for over six months?”, he quizzed further.
The ace trainer is preparing his division one newbies, Rockets FC for the upcoming second tier league of Ghana football.
