Having suffered losses in their opening Ghana Premier League matches against Dreams Football Club and Hearts of Oak at the Robert Mensah stadium and Accra Sports Stadium respectively, New Edubiase and Ebusua Dwarfs have the opportunity to redeem their stunted start to life in the new season.
New Edubiase were pipped by Samuel Yeboah before the largest of crowd at the Accra Sports Stadium in recent years, and have the opportunity to write the wrongs in their adpoted home, Obuasi Len Clay stadium against Ebusua Dwarfs, winners of the Division Zone 2 league last year.
Anthony Commey said they will draw positives from their opening 1-0 defeat to Hearts of Oak for subsequent matches.
“We will put the setback behind us as quickly as possible and look ahead to our next game at home. We have some new boys in the squad, and, as the season wore on, you will begin to see how we integrate them into our plans.”

Ebusua Dwarfs were giving the shock of their lives by Kwaiman-based Dreams Football Club at their backyard, a result head coach J.E Sarpong blamed on ‘underrating’ the opposition and promised to answer the wake-up call in the subsequent matches.
