Techiman City To Drag GFA To CAS

Techiman City president Charles Kwabena Ntim has vowed drags the Ghana Football Association to CAS following the side’s demotion to the country’s third-tier football.

Techiman City and Wa African United have been relegated after the Ethics Committee of the FA found them guilty for bribery and match-fixing in their match week 22 Division One fixture last season.

And Mickey Charles has vowed to drag the FA to the highest football adjudicating body, Court of Arbitration for Sport.

“It is the decision of the Ethics Committee but if what they are saying is true then it means we only have to appeal against the decision,” Mickey Charles told Metro FM.

“There is nothing we can do, we only have to appeal against the decision. The Ethics Committee is not the highest judicial body of the Ghana Football Association.

“We have the Appeals Committee, the review committee and we can also go to the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS).” He said.
