Ghana Drop 8 Places In...

The senior national team of Ghana, the Black Stars has dropped eight (8) in the latest FIFA Coca-Cola rankings for the month of January 2016.


The Black Stars who had 779 points and were ranked 33rd in the world slipped 8 places after recording 691.42 points in the latest rankings and now occupy the 41st position.


However, the Black Stars are still fourth in the continent as there were no changes.


Africa champions Cote d’Ivoire is still on the summit, followed by Cape Verde islands and Algeria.


Top 5 teams in Africa.


Ivory Coast,Cape Verde Islands, Algeria, Ghana and Senegal.


There were no changes in the top five, with Belgium leading the way followed by Argentina, Spain, Germany and Chile.

The next ranking will be published by the official website of Fifa, fifa.com on March 3, 2016.
