Ace Hasaacas goal keeper George Owu has said he will not rule out a return to the national team after long period of absence from the Black Stars, since he was still in the game.
The former Kumasi Asante Kotoko custodian revealed a second shot with the national set up before hanging his gloves.
Owu starred prominently for Kumasi Asante Kotoko before heading to Western Region for a last shot at the domestic league with Sekondi Hasaacas.
The acrobatic custodian openly admitted to falling in love with the Black Stars and wants to bid good bye to the game with a final shot at the national team.
“I want to get another chance with the national team. I cannot rule out a return to the Black Stars as I will like to end my career with another call up. I still want to feature for the national team before ending my career. Hopefully I get one”. Owu told sports crusader.
Owu stormed the domestic scene with his impressive form for Kumasi Asante Kotoko before heading to Hasaacas at the twilight of his career.
