Ethiopia U20 spanked their Somalia counterpart by 2-0 to end the tie 4-1 on aggregate to set up a crunch clash with the Black Satellites in the ongoing African Youth Championship qualifiers.
The East Africans mauled their hapless Somalia counterparts 2-0 to add to their first leg 1-2 away win en route to the setting up a defining match with the Black Satellites of Ghana.
Goals from Biniam Belay and Ome Mohammed earned Ethiopia a double over Somalia and a ticket to meet Ghana in the next stage of the qualifiers.
The gallant Satellites meanwhile warmed up for the May 20 clash with their then unknown with a hard earned 2-1 win over Cameroon at the Tema Park on Friday, April 22.

The National U20 are gunning for their eleventh appearance at the African Youth Championship slated for Zambia next year after finishing third in the last edition hosted by Senegal.
Masud Dramani ‘s talented side picked a bye in the opening qualifiers but will have to get the better of Ethiopia on home and away basis if they are to join the bus to Zambia 2017.
The first legs of the next stage of the qualifiers will be played from May20-23 whiles the return legs are billed to come off from June 10-13, 2016.
