Big Blow: Liberty To Miss Key Player For Aduana Clash

Liberty Professionals will miss the services of Skipper Samuel Sarfo for their Match Week 10 clash with Aduana Stars due to suspension.


The 25-year old defender has been ever present in the Scientific Soccer lads lineup thus season but will miss out on this weekend’s after receiving a third yellow card of the season in his side’s 1-0 win at Hasaacas last weekend.


The absence of Sarfo will come as a big Blow to Coach George Lamptey he looks to maintain Liberty’s home invisibility.


In the absence of their captain, the Dansoman based side will have depend on young right Back Mutawakilu Fuseini or midfielder Mubarak Yussif to partner the experience Maxwell Mensah in the center of Defence.


Meanwhile, midfielder Daniel Kodie will return to the Liberty starting line up after missing the last three games due to suspension.


The highly rated box-to-box midfielder was sent off in their 3-1 defeat to Asante Kotoko a fortnight ago and as a result, missed the Premier games against Berekum Chelsea and Hasaacas as well as the MTN FA Cup tie with second tier side Pure Joy
