Bright Adjei Tips Aduana Stars For Domestic Glory

Aduana Stars attacking sensation Bright Adjei has tipped his side for domestic glory after ending their dreadful start to the campaign.







The Dormaa based star forward predicted a photo finish at the end of the Ghana premier League and has called on the senior players within their ranks to steer them through.


The 21year old forward commended the positive impact of the Club’s experience players and has rallied to champion their title winning ambition.


Bright Adjei, who attain global fame with his CNN goal of the week accolade, has taken the GPL by storm with outstanding performances on weekly basis.


The former Tema Youth star forward refused to single out any one player for praise in the rejuvenated Aduana Stars side that has lost just one match in the last six.


“With the help of our experience players in the team I think Aduana Stars can go all the way. We can win the league playing at our current form”, Bright Adjei told sports crusader.


The ambitious Aduana stars attacker further added, “with the quality of players in our team and the unity among the playing staff, I see no reason why Aduana Stars cannot win the league God permitting.


We are not looking for individual glories and that has actually helped us a lot”.


Aduana stars snatched Yayaha Mohammed at the start of the season and the stoutly built centre forward look to have found that missing scoring boots with 5 goals in the last 2 matches.


Other experience players like Emmanuel Akuoko,Godfred Saaka and Steven Anokye Badu are all playing crucial roles for the 2009 GPL champions as they chose their second trophy.


Aduana Stars lost the opening three matches on a trot but has since lost just once including back to back wins over Hasaacas and Medeama SC by an aggregate score line of 7-0.


Bright Adjei has since pocketed 3 goals to his name in the opening 9 league fixtures.
