Black Stars Coach, Avram Grant, is scheduled to meet with Manchester United versatile defender, Timothy Fosu-Mensah.
Evans Timothy Fosu-Mensah is a Dutch professional footballer of Ghanaian decent, who plays as a defensive midfielder, centre-back or full-back for English club Manchester United.
Born in Amsterdam , Fosu-Mensah began his career with Ajax before moving to England in 2014.
He has played for Manchester United’s youth teams in a variety of positions, including centre-back, left-back, midfield and right back.
He is yet to be capped at the senior level for the Dutch national team, and Avram Grant met with the youngster to switch his nationality to Ghana.
It is unclear how the intentions of the meeting, but there are indications that, it is meant to convince the player to play for Ghana.
The move falls in line with the coaches plan of strengthening the Black Stars ahead of the AFCON qualifiers.
