Injured Asante Kotoko midfielder, Owusu Jackson has provided an update on his recovery, insisting that he is well on course as he seeks to get back to full fitness.
The combative enforcer broke his leg in a ‘Sunday Special’ game not sanctioned by the club, and, he was ruled out for the rest of the season even before the action could get underway.
However, in a piece of good news to his fans and supporters of the Porcupines, the player has assured that his recovery is going well and that he is poised to get back to full fitness.
The player was seen by the technical team of Kotoko as one who could spearhead their campaign in domestic competition this season, but for his untimely injury.
They play arch-rivals Accra Hearts of Oak in Accra on 2 May in a game many have tagged them second favourites considering the good form of the capital club.
