Samuel Inkoom Suffers Heavy Defeat In Turkey

Award winning Samuel Inkoom suffered a heavy defeat in the Turkish Super League on Saturday afternoon at the hands of Osmanlispor.

The Antalayaspor wingback failed to replicate his award winning performance in a 3-0 defeat away to Osmanlispor.

The Ghanaian import jostled across the pitch helplessly in a one sided triumph for the home side.

Inkoom, who was adjudged one of the best defenders in the Super league proved futile as goals from Peire Webo and Kilicaslan condemned Antalaya to their 12th defeat of the season.

Ace Indomitable Lion’s centre forward Piere Webo pocketed a brace for Osmanlispor before Erdal Kilicaslan completed the demolition exercise right on the 90 minute mark.

The heavy win took Osmanlispor into the fifth slot on the TSL whiles Antalayaspor dropped further down into the 12th place on the log.

Samuel Inkoom traded Boavista for Antalyaspor in the winter transfer window and has since returned to his usual self at the right wingback position.

The former Kumasi Asante Kotoko defender has since managed 12 appearances to his name since arriving from the Portuguese liga in January.
