Breaking News : Medeama To Host South African Side In CAF Confederation Cup

Ghanaian club side FC Medeama will play Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa in the Play-off round  of the CAF Confederation Cup in order to secure a spot in the group stages of the competition.







The Takwa-based Club qualified to the Play-off round after eliminating Sudanese Club Al Ahly Shendi 2-0 on aggregate.


 


Mamelodi Sundowns missed out on a spot in the CAF Champions League group stages, despite securing a 2-1 win over AS Vita in the second leg after losing by a goal to nil in the first leg


The Ghanaian Super Cup Champions face a tough task as Mamelodi Sundowns are currently first on the PSL standings


The first of the encounter with played on First 6-8 May 2016 whilst Second Leg: 17-18 May 2016
