Ghana coach Avram Grant has revealed that, he will not be available for the Black Stars coaching job after 2017 Africa Cup of nations.
His disclosure means the former West Ham United manager, will not extend his contract with the Ghana Football Association (GFA), after leading the senior national team to the continent’s flagship football event.
Grant, is already reported to be in the books of many European clubs and he is more interested in competition week in and out.
“The competitiveness and creativity in training everyday of the week is different. There’s no doubt that I miss it,” Grant told Israeli radio station, 102 FM.
“My contract ends after the Africa Cup of Nations championship in Gabon early next year.
“Next year, at the end of my contract, it is possible I will coach a team in England.”
Avram Grant was appointed in December 2014 to succeed James Kwesi Appiah.
