Kotoko Eye FA Cup

Kumasi Asante Kotoko has sights on winning the 2015/16 MTN FA Cup.

The Porcupine Warriors were losing finalists in the last edition to Medeama SC and they are hoping to take a step better than last year.

Despite a poor performance in the domestic top flight football competition, attention has been shifted to the MTN FA round 32 fixture against Tumu Real 24 Hours FC.

Kotoko are unhappy about the venue for the game and demands a change.

“We have written to the FA. All we are asking for is the venue should meet the Club Licensing requirements,” Operations Manager of the club, George Kennedy told sportscrusader.com.

Speak on the target for the 2013/14 FA Cup champions, Mr Kennedy said: “The target is a target for all participating clubs. Every club is in to win it, and, Kotoko is not an exception”.

Kotoko is demanding that the venue of the game be moved from Tumu to Wa.
