Inter Allies walloped Bechem United 4-0 at the Tema Astro turf Park in a Ghana Premier League match week 7 fixture.
The game had seen Allies dominate but no goal to account for and the half appeared to end without one but high flying midfielder, Isaac Twum opened the scoring for Allies in the 32nd minute.
Prince Baffoe who joined the ‘eleven is to one’s boys added a second in the 50th minute from the spot to give the scoreline a fair reflection of the game after Ropapa Mensah was fouled inside the penalty box.
Allies prior to the game had not won in their last two games and were in a desperate need of a win as they pushed and got a third goal through Allies’ best player in the last two matches, Gockel Ahortor.
The all-conquering Ropapa Mensah was rewarded with his effort on the afternoon as he dribbled his way through two Bechem defenders to connect an Isaac Twum pass and made the victory a sweet one with all 3-points sealed.
