Official: Kotoko Bonuses Settled

As reported earlier by this portal, Asante Kotoko has released a statement regarding bonus issues after a meeting yesterday.

Management and the players have peacefully settled issues surrounding the team’s winning bonuses that cropped up earlier this week.

A meeting between the players and managers of the club at the secretariat on Thursday thoroughly discussed the matter.

The two parties in the end nicely agreed on the initial bonus structure, which had sort to create a problem.

Nothing therefore changes. The retained players will take GHȼ300 each for home win while the newly recruited players receive GHȼ400.

For away win, the new players will have GHȼ600 but the retained players will receive GHȼ400.

Communications Manager, Kwaku Ahenkorah who disclosed this to Asantekotokosc.com said the meeting was held in a very hearty atmosphere. “The two parties left the meeting satisfied with proceedings” said the club spokesman.

Kotoko play Aduana Stars this Sunday at Dormaa on match day six of the 2015/16 Premier League.
