Photos: "Home Alone" Duncan Swerved At Kotoko Training Ground

Beleaguered Kumasi Asane Kotoko coach, David Duncan has been swerved at the club’s Adako Jachie training grounds, after he was asked to ‘step aside’ but refuted and scheduled a training session today.

Duncan, has refused to accept the club’s position and that influenced his decision to arrange a training session today contradicting general manager Opoku Nti who had instructed the team train at the Kumasi Sports stadium.

The former Accra Hearts of Oak coach has been at the helm of affairs at Kotoko at a time when the 23-times Ghana premier league champions, have started the league poorly for the first time in 15-years and the latest result of a 1-0 defeat to Aduana Stars saw the tough-talking coach asked to stay away from his coaching duties.

Information gathered by Sportscrusader.com sources reveals General manager. Opoku Nti asked the team to train at the Baba Yara sports stadium instead of using the Adako Jachie training ground and this is why Duncan met an empty training field.

Interim coach, Michael Osei begins his tenure as head coach today leading the team out in the training routine at the Baba Yara stadium as Kotoko gets set to host Liberty professionals in match week 7 of the premier league.
