Accreditation Process Opens For Kotoko, Veria International Friendly

Kotoko Clash With FC Veria In Kumasi


The much talked about and on numerous occasions cancelled commemorative match between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and FC Veria of Greece will go ahead and take place on the 3rd January, 2016.


 


The match arranged to celebrate Kotoko’s 80th anniversary has been touted to have been called off due to the fact that the Greek Super lig resumes on the 2nd January and on the 3rd FC Veria who are battling relegation will be involved in a league match. It is this reason that has cast doubt on the match.


Reliable information reaching footballcrusader.com says the match is 100% on just as chief Oppong, head of Pacific football, the agency organising the match.


 


The 23 – times Ghana premier league champions and the 2013 premier league have released a statement stating, “members of the media who are interested in covering the Asante Kotoko SC versus Veria FC international friendly match at the Baba Yara Stadium are being notified by organizers to apply for accreditation through kwameodei@yahoo.co.uk.”


 







The statement Radio stations are to apply for two accreditation tags each. Newspapers, online writers and bloggers are also to apply for one tag each. No application without an official letterhead and a passport picture will be considered. Deadline for application is the office hours of Wednesday, December 30, 2015
