Ghana striker Jordan Ayew scored for the second week running to rescue a point for Aston Villa who came from behind to secure a 1-1 draw at home to West Ham.
The hosts had gone down to a stoppage time strike from Aaron Cresswell at the end of the first half.
But Villa, who are staring relegation in the face rallied from behind to get an equalizer.
Rudy Gestede won a penalty for Villa in the 62nd minute with Jordan Ayew electing himself to take the vital kick.
The Ghana striker who has been extremely clinical from the spot slotted home by sending the goalkeeper the wrong way.
Aston Villa pressed on thereafter but were unable to get the all-important winner.
Jordan Ayew meanwhile continues to show good form at his club.
The former Lorient man has now scored five goals in the league for the struggling Villa side having recovered from a difficult start.
