Highly Rated Liberty Professionals midfielder, Gerald Arkson has expressed delight after returning from a one-match suspension to help his side to record a first away win of the 2015/2016 Ghana Premier League season.
Striker Bernard Arthur scored the only goal of the game as the Dansoman based side urged the Hasmal lads 1-0 at the Essipong Sports Stadium on Sunday.
And Speaking in an exclusive interview, Arkson 18, who made a return to the Scientific Soccer Lads’ lineup after missing out on their 3-1 home win against Berekum Chelsea in mid-week says it feels great to be back.
“It feels great to be back on the field after suspension”, Arkson told SportsCrusader.com.
“I was missing my team mates and was eager to to play with them rather than watch them from the sidelines”, the youngster added.
Arkson was suspended for the previous game against Berekum Chelsea after picking up a third yellow card of the season during his side’s MTN FA Cup round of 32 tie against lower tier side, Pure Joy last weekend.
Liberty Professionals are currently third on the Ghana Premier League log with 16 points after eight games.
