Wa All Stars celebrated forward Richard Arthur came off the bench to seal all three points for the league leaders at home to Inter Allies.
The commanding centre forward pocketed his fourth of the campaign with powerful header in an eventful 2-0 win for the Wa based side.
The leaders were made to wait until the last 15 minutes to open their scoring accounts in the game after been pegged back for majority of the first half.
Enos Adepa Kwames side dropped Richard Arthur for the first time this season as Maxwell Baako, Emmanuel Ocran and Asuandzie operate upfront behind Bernard Agana.
The switch however proved fatal as chances were slashed by the well oiled Herbert Addo’s men at the Wa Park.
A 0-0 stalemate look set to unseat the home side from the top of the log despites the deafening noise from the home fans.
The animated trainer for the host, Enos Kwame however introduced Richard Arthur for Agana at the start of the second half and the ‘Beast’ soon wawed the teaming and vociferous home fans.

Richard Arthur will however get the third time lucky with a glancing header on the 75th minutes to send the stadium agog.
The prolific forward, who bagged his first ever premier league goal last season against same opposition, rose highest to head home the opener from a sumptuous cross from captain Hafiz Adams.
Arthur’s opening strike defelated the egos of the visitors before Emmanuel Ocran added the second three minutes into additional time. Ocrans low skidder in front of the 18 yard box nearly tore the net apart.
The teaming fans at the stadium greeted the playing staff with noise reminiscent to that generated at the nearby airport just at the entrance of the stadium.
Wa All Stars maintained their place at the top of the log with 20 points from 8 matches.
