Ishmeal Tetteh To Fight British Champion In May

Ghanaian Boxer Ishmael Tetteh will have a chance to revive his boxing career as he is scheduled to fight British Super Middleweight Champion Luke Blackledge on May 13 at the Macron Stadium, Premier Suite, Bolton, Lancashire.

Tetteh (45 -12, 5KO), Black Roy Jones Jr. as he is referred to, is in camp vigorously preparing for the bout as he looks forward to revamping a declining career.

Blackledge (20 -2, 5KO) has won his last six bouts and displayed terrific boxing skills in his last fight against Lee Markham last October and will be looking forward to securing a title bout if he defeats Ishmael Tetteh.

Reports from the camp of Tetteh indicates their readiness for the upcoming fight as it serves as a springboard to a brighter future.

The bout is poised to be a very exciting one as both boxers have showed glimpse of having a shot at a world tittle.
