Kenneth Omeruo who is currently on loan from Chelsea at Turkish club Kasimpasa has being linked with Crystal Palace.
Despite Kasimpasa having an option to buy him outright by season’s end, but will not because they cannot come up with the cash to do so.
The central defender still has two years left on his contract at Chelsea and so he could return to Stamford Bridge or move to another club on loan or on a permanent basis.
“Crystal Palace are one of the clubs connected to Omeruo,” revealed a top source.
“Hopefully, they will stay up and they could then buy him outright or take him on loan.”
London club Palace are seven points clear of the relegation pack after losing four of their last five matches.
Omeruo has already gone on loan at Dutch club ADO Den Haag as well as Middlesbrough in the English Championship.
