The playing body of Kumasi Asante Kotoko pocketed four hundred (400 Cedis) each, after meeting life patron, Asantehene Otumfour Osei Tutu II, on Tuesday.
The Porcupine Warriors on Tuesday, had a date with the Asantehene to deliberate on issues affecting the club and each player was given 400 Cedis as fare.
The leadership of Manhyia met the hierarchy of the team on Monday and arranged a meeting with the players on Tuesday.
And after successfully listening to each player, they were given ‘lorry fare’ for honouring the invitation.
Kotoko have been abysmal in the first seven matches of the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League, winning only two of their first seven matches.
