Mohammed Powers BK Hacken To Opening Day Victory In Sweden

Ghanaian midfielder Nasir Mohammed registered the crucial winner for BK Hacken in the opening matches of the Swedish Allsvenkan league.


The 22 year old attacking midfielder powered his side to a nervy 2-1 win over Elfsborg with the second strike for his side.


The talented Ghanaian took off from last season’s impressive goal tally with a powerful drive to hand Hacken the maximum points at stake.


Brazilian forward Paulinho opened the scoring for Hacken, moments into kick off and it took a very late strike from Nasir Mohammed to keep all three points after Adam Lundqvist had pulled one back for the visitors.


The former Ghana Youth international however got himself booked for a late tackle five minutes into the second department before atoning for the set back with the eventual match winner on the return of the Allsvenkan League.


Dubbed as Zidane because of artistic displays from the centre of the pitch, Mohammed has added goals to his passing techniques highlighted by the impressive 8goals in as many matches from deep lying midfield.


Compatriot and former Inter Allies centre back, Baba failed to come off the bench after joining the Swedes at tge start of the campaign.
