Dwarfs Didn"t Take Their Chances - Anthony Commey

New Edubiase boss Anthony Commey has said that Dwarfs could have won their premier league fixture at the Len Clay stadium had they taken the chances they created.

Ebusua Dwarfs lost to New Edubiase, a second defeat on the bounce having lost  to Dreams FC on match day one of the new Ghana Premier League season.

And J.E Sarpong accusedhis players of not working for him and the team.

But Anthony Commey  believes the team gave off their best but lost because they didn’t take advantage of the few opportunities that game their way

“Dwarfs came with their and executed well, but we managed to find a way through and we scored,” Anthony Commey said.

“The game was a balanced one but we won. They played very well but they didn’t utilize their chances, they could have won the game too,” he noted.

New Edubiase sold off key players during the off season, and struggled in their first game against Hearts of Oak, and Anthony Commey says it will be difficult to predict where he will finish the season considering the age of his current team.

“This team is different from last year’s squad and comparing this season team, I think they are two different teams and we are just putting this one together.

“Our team is young and we can’t predict where we want to reach, we are growing and we want to stay in the league.” He said.
