Jackson Owusu Receives Ghc2000 From Kotoko Board

Opoku Nti led Kotoko board presented a cash of Ghc2000 to injured midfielder, Jackson Owusu at his residence.

The board for the first time visited the former Berekum Chelsea midfielder after he broke his leg playing a Sunday special game with barely a week to the commencement of the 2015/16 Ghana premier league season.

Board Chairman, Paul Adu Gyamfi presented GHȼ2,000 to Jackson Owusu as he receives the best medical care like other players do in times of injury.

Operations Manager, George Kennedy who disclosed this to the club’s website, said “the club’s leadership would do their best to take care of Jackson Owusu and others.”

He has been recuperating and medics at the club say, he could return to action earlier than expected. This week, General Manager, Opoku Nti and George Kennedy also visited Jackson Owusu at home.
