Ghana defender John Boye has called on his teammates at Sivasspor to rally together in an audacious attempt to secure a famous win over Fernerbahce on Monday.
The Yigidos are just a point above the relegation zone as they travel to face the Turkish giants in a top flight game three days after Christmas.
John Boye is unable to join the rest of his Black Stars teammates who have traveled to Ghana for the Christmas festivities as the Turkish league remains in session.
Boye has charged his teammates to pull together in getting a famous win over Fenerbahce to help their own course of avoiding relegation.
“We are going all out for the win over Fenerbahce,” he said.
“Now we must act as a team, all players have to support each other.
“This will hopefully help us to get a good win.”
John Boye has been a regular for Sivasspor since arriving from Kayseri Erciyesspor in the summer.
He is one of the top performers at the club and has scored four goals already despite being a central defender.
