The Die Hard Supporters Union led by hard working Abraham Nkansah aka Apirigu Chakapama has expressed their sincere gratitude to the National Investment Bank (NIB) for investing in them to cheer the National Team, the Black Stars,when they take Mozambique for the 2017 AFCONon to qualify for the next African Cup of Nations.
Ghana meets Mozambique on Thursday at the Accra Sports Stadium and the Die Hard Supporters Union have been cushioned by NIB to sing.
The Die Hard Supporters Union which is the only real sports supporters group in Ghana, has won many awards and Mr. Nkansah said they hope to win more honours as far as organised sports is concerned.
“We support boxing, rugby, swimming. basketball, tennis, table tennis, golf, handball, volleyball, hockey, in fact all the sports, even running or athletics. we are there to make the sports encouraging and entertaining to attract more fans and media attention.”
“We want to thank the media, especially the SWAG and the executive for monitoring us and seeing what we are capable of doing and rewarding us, just like the World Cup and African Cup organisers in South Africa who also recognised our efforts” he noted.
He predicted a massive win for Ghana on Thursday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
