Ghana legend, Rev. Osei Kofi wants government to have a copy of the contract signed by Avram Grant.
Avram Grant signed a 27-month contract with the Ghana Football Association and is reported to be earning $50,000 monthly.
He led a disunited Black Stars to the final of the 2015 Africa Cup of nations in Equatorial Guinea, losing 9-8 penalties to Cote d’Ivoire.
His attitude however to the contract signed us contrary to the agreement Ghanaians were told when he was unveiled.
And Rev. Osei, a member of the Black Stars squad that won the Afcon in 1963 and 1965, wants government to have a copy of the contract if they are the body that pays the Israeli for his services.
“If indeed government pays Avram Grant, then the Sports Minister must ask for the coach’s contract from the GFA,” Osei Kofi told Accra based Peace FM.
“At least, he has to tell Ghanaians what his real duties are and why the FA has not been able to keep him in check.” he added.
