Yeboah Meets Kotoko Players Ahead of Super Clash

Former Ghana international Antony Yeboah has encouraged the current Kotoko players to rejuvenate the ‘Wukum apem, Apem beba’ spirit ahead of their clash against their biggest rivals Accra hearts of Oak on May 2, at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Kotoko’s form this season has dwindled and Yeboah, an admirer of Kotoko called on the players to rejuvenate their mental toughness in their upcoming matches to secure victory.

The former Leeds United striker advised the players to put the poor results behind and focus on a better league position.

He said this when the players visited him at Yegoala Hotel in Kumasi.

Kotoko who are currently placed 9th on the Ghana Premier League (GPL), are facing a difficult start to the season, and their woes could be deepened if they lose their upcoming match against the bitter rivals who are currently 2nd on the GPL.

Certainly a victory for the fabulous boys will awakened their spirit, which will boost their confidence in their subsequent matches.
