Dauda Mohammed Excited With Kotoko"s Win

Kumasi Asante Kotoko forward, Dauda Mohammed could not hide his excitement after scoring the only goal when the Porcupine Warriors defeated Dreams FC yesterday in their Match-Day Eight Ghana Premier League (GPL) game.

The 19-year-old striker scored what could be the fastest goal of the season after pouncing on Mozart Adjetey’s blunder from Amos Frimpong’s pile driver from about 30-yards.

“Coming into this game our position on the league log wasn’t deserving for Asante Kotoko,” Dauda said after the game.

“But it’s been a difficult start and I must admit but I am happy things are beginning to come together.”

“They are massive points for us and that is all we deserved given the hard work we have put in recent weeks.”

“The points picked up will do our confidence a huge boost going into our next round of games.”
