GN Bank Division One League side, Bibiani Gold Stars will play their Match Day Six home game against Starke FC at the Baba Yara Sport Stadium in Kumasi on Saturday.
This comes after the Ghana Football Association’s decision to hand over a 10-match home ban to the Bibiani based side for hooliganism.
Fans of Gold Stars, on Match Day Three attacked players and officials of Elmina Sharks as well as the match officials during a Division One League game at the Bibiani Park.
The ugly incident left many players of the away team injured with some hospitalized and prompted the FA to sanction the club.
Management of the club, following the ruling registered their displeasure but SportsCrusader.com has gathered that they are not going to appeal against the decision of the GFA.
Sources close to Gold Stars disclosed to SportsCrusader.com on Friday that Bibiani Gold Stars train at the Bibiani Park but will travel to Kumasi on Saturday morning ahead of the game against Starke FC.
The Baba Yara Sports Stadium was agreed upon as the venue for the game because, Asokwa Deportivo, who normally use it on Saturdays will travel to Ejisu to play King Faisal.
