My Best Is Yet To Come- Elizabeth Addo

Midfielder, Elizabeth Addo who scored 17 goals in 15 games in the Hungarian Women’s top flight league is urging fans of her club to expect more from her claiming that her best is yet to come.


The Black Queens midfielder has been impressive form for Ferencvaros since joining them on a one year deal from Serbian side ZFK Spartak Subotica in June 2015 with some breathtaking performances both on the Hungarian domestic completion and the UEFA Women’s League.


In an exclusive interview with SportsCrusader.com from her base in Hungary, the former Black Princesses player noted that her time in Europe has been smooth.


“Everything is moving on smoothly [since moving here]. 15 games played, 17 goals scored but I am still learning and the best of me is yet to come”, Elizabeth Addo said.


Speaking about her immediate goals for the season, Addo said:” I am not the goal Queen though but my main target is to explore the Gift and the Talent GOD has given me. That’s when the award will be flowing to make (GOD) Himself proud, Mother Ghana Proud and also Africa proud. In short will be a dream come true if I join any of the big teams next season”


The 22-year old have in the past had stints with Nigeria where she played for Rivers Angels in the top flight division of the female soccer league.


She was also the deputy captain for Ghana’s U17 female team (Black Maidens) at the 2010 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in Trinidad and Tobago.
