Liberty Professionals captain Samuel Sarfo, has praised the the performance of talented midfielder Latif Attah Blessing, describing the youngster as a blessing to the Dansoman based side.
Blessing, was in scintillating form for the scientific soccer lads as his two goals help Liberty to record a 5-1 victory over defending Ghana Premier League champions, Ashgold at the Dnsoman Carle Reindoff Park.
The 18-year old was a menace all afternoon for the Miners and his hard worked paid off, with two goals either side of the half time break.
Other scorers on the day for Liberty include midfielder Ebo Mends, Right Back Simon Zibo as well as forward Bernard Arthur who rounded the scoring.
But after the game, skipper of the side, Sarfo was full of praise for Latif Blessing.
“I don’t know how to describe him”, Sarfo said.
“He is simply a blessing to the team and we thank God for that”, the captain added.
Blessing’s brace against Ashgold took his tally to four goals for the season, all of which were scored at the Dansoman Carle Reindoff Park.
