Leicester City Crash Manchester City

Leicester city’s fairytale and fantasy English Premier League (EPL) season continues as the Foxes destroyed title rivals, Manchester City at the Etihad stadium by 3-goals to 1.

The Midland club boasts of the best away record in the 2015/16 season and wasn’t shaking when defender Robert Huth headed in the opening goal with just 2-minutes played in the first half.

Manchester City struggled to get from grip of the game with just one shot on target in the latter part of the first half.

Manchester City started the second half poorly and the day turned disastrous when second best assist king this season, Riyad Mahrez stepped over the ball onto his weak right foot past defender, Demechelis and hit him his side’s second goal.

From thence it looked mission impossible for the 2013/14 premier league champions, Manchester City to get back into the game.

Man-of-the-match Robert Huth headed home the third goal from a corner kick and that was the icing on the cake with Aguero’s late goal only a consolatory one.

Leicester’s January signing, Ghanaian defender Daniel Amartey missed the squad that excelled at the Etihad.

Leicester city are now 6-points ahead of second place Manchester City and the 19 remaining teams in the English will now take Claudio Ranieri’s men seriously as potential title winners.
