Ghana Premier League outfit Liberty Professionals are set to embark on trips to Sierra Leon and Libya to continue their pre-season preparations ahead of the start of the 2015/16 season, SportsCrusader.com can exclusively reveal.
The first team of the Dansoman based side will travel to West African State Sierra Leon with the Youth embarking on a trip to Libya.
According to a source close to the club, the move is aimed at preparing the team adequately ahead of the February 20 kick off of the Ghanaian football calendar and giving the young players in the team the exposure of playing outside Ghana.
The Ghana Premier League season has for the second successive season delayed due to match fixing allegations leveled against newly promoted Dreams FC.
Liberty Professionals will begin their season with an away trip to the Bechem Park to face Bechem United.
