Head pastor of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) Dr. Mensah Otabil says the situation where all procurements are left in the hands of government is a recipe for corruption.
He has further advocated the privatization of our educational system because he believes the private sector will ensure an efficient use of resources.
Dr. Otabil was speaking at the 10th Anniversary commemorative organized by Legacy and Legacy.
