Ghanaian Team Sign Two Foreign Strikers


 


Tema-based Ghana Premier League side, Inter Allies have announced the signing of two African strikers after the pair impressed the Ghanaian club’s scouting team.

Inter Allies completed the signing of Prince Barrie and Michael Touray, to a three-year deal and Allies in a statement said, “The club is delighted to announce the signing of Sierra Leone forward Prince Barrie and Gambian striker Michael Touray.”


“Touray joins us from Gambian top-flight side Real De Banjul while Barrie spent last season with FC Kallon in Sierra Leone,” the statement added.


 


Chief executive officer of Allies, Delali Eric Senaye, praised the qualities of the two players, adding that they will strengthen the club’s striking options. “These two players are great signings for the club and they will enforce the goal-scoring ability of the team,” he said.

The Tema-based team have also secured the services of three new additions, goalkeeper Kwame Baah and midfielders Isaac Twum and Romeo Agban.


Allies finished sixth last season with a total of 42 points but parted ways with head coach Paa Kwesi Fabien on mutual consent and have recalled former coach Herbert Addo who left and was sacked by hearts of oak.
