GN BANK DOL Week 3 Preview: Make or Break For Clubs

Week three of the GN Bank Division One League provides utmost opportunity for some clubs from various zones to prove their worth.    


The top liner for Zone One takes place at Nana Ameyaw Stadium in Techiman, with Berlin FC hosting Berekum Arsenal. The two teams, after missing promotion last season are eager for the stakes, meanwhile, Real Tamale United, who are yet to discover their form, play guest to Guan United, Unity FC hope to make impact against FC Tanga at Goaso and Mpuasoman battle Wa Rocket. After dismantling BA United, Tano Bofoakwa intend to stick with their sensational display at home to newly promoted Liberty Babies, Bawku United search for away win at Steadfast, Mighty Royals seek to cause havoc as they face Tamale Utrecht. BA United embark on a trip to Bolga All Stars.


The attempt to launch a lead in Zone Two will see Gold Stars battling Elmina Sharks at Bibiani. With consecutive victories for both teams, a win places either at a vantage point, elsewhere, King Faisal face a tricky fixture against delightful Wassaman United, Venomous Vipers pay a visit to Starke FC and Karela FC play Achiken FC. At the Baba Yara Stadium, Asokwa Deportivo entertain Proud United. Nzema Kotoko hunt for a first win as they come up with Dunkwa United and Cornerstones tackle Samartex. Eleven Wise have a date with Tarkwa United.


Planners FC could confirm a monopoly of Zone Three with a win over Okwaku United at the Nkawkaw Stadium, but, the soccer mountaineers eye second home win.  Nania FC face a stiff competition from King Solomon at Legon and Pure Joy entertain Tema Youth. Roberto FC trek to Danbort FC, while Istanbul engage Vision FC at Akim Takyiman. Former Premier League Winners, Great Olympics, are handed a tough nut to crack in a trip to Sporting Mirren, Amidaus Professionals encounter Kotoku Royals. Pure Joy seek to open a winning chapter at home to Tema Youth.
