Soulama Back, Samudeen Still Out As Hearts Plot Dwarfs Downfall

Accra Hearts of Oak’s Japanese Trainer, Kenichi Yatsuhashi has indicated veteran Burkinabae goalkeeper, Soulama Abdoulaye has recovered ahead of their trip to the Robert Mensah Sports Stadium to face Ebusua Dwarfs.

Speaking to the club’s official website in the build up to the game, Kenichi, who has earned loads of plaudits for presiding over the Phobian’s fine start to the season said, “Soulama [Abdoulaye] is back. Samudeen [Ibrahim] is out. I am waiting for medical report on [Richard] Yamoah. But Cosmos [Dauda] has no problem”

On the Accra based side’s preparation for the game, the Japanese American trainer noted that his players have been training well and have done the best preparation ahead of the game.

Although Dwarfs are yet to win a game in the 2015/2016 Ghana Premier League, Kenichi believes they will be a very difficult opponent because [they have lost two games] and they will do everything possible to get their first win.

On his side’s momentum and fine start to the season, the Japanese coach indicated that every game is important game and the game versus Dwarfs provides his side with another opportunity to improve.

On the prospect of facing newly promoted sides, Kenichi said, ”We finished 13th place last season and all promoted sides from Division 1 have a lot of momentum. They are all difficult opponents to play against, and so we will do our best”
