The National Chairman of the National Chapters Committee of Accra Hearts of Oak, Barima Atuahene has praised the club’s supporters for throwing their weight behind the team.
The Phobians continued their impressive start to the 2015 /2016 season by coming from 2 goals down to defeat Inter Allies 3-2 and Atuahene believes the fans have played a vital role in the early season form.
Speaking in an interview, the NCC chairman dedicated the victory over Inter Allies to the supporters and thanked them for the way they attend Hearts games in their numbers regardless of venue.
He also called on the fans of the Oak Tree to continue throwing their weight behind the club in their quest to bring back the glory days.
The Ghana Premier League is on a week break but Hearts of Oak will be involved in MTN FA Cup action against Division One League side Wasaman United at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday March 27.
