‘Micky Charles’ as he is affectionately called, and his management team had a packed sitting capacity of over 3,500 with gate fees ranging from GHC20.00 to GHC15.00 and it is believed with this amount charged at the gates, GHC57,000 was realized as proceeds.

But,Speaking to an Accra based Starr FM, Mickey Charles down played the amount making waves in the public saying that what was accounted for is below the guess circulating.

“Most of these spectators you saw at the park entered free, from children and other high profile dignitaries. This is the first game and we are grateful to the people of Brong Ahafo. Techiman, Nkoranza, Wenchi, Kintampo, Yeji, Atebubu, Nananom and all administrators”, he said.

Techiman City will next travel to Sekondi Hasaacas before returning home to host Aduana.
