Valencia Manager Gary Neville has declared their game against Espanyol FC on Saturday at the Mestalla Stadium a must win.
The struggling Coach is under enormous pressure to deliver Valencia from their woes this season,as they have gone nine games without a win having drawing five and lost four.
He said” We have to win this match on Saturday,” said Neville. “That’s the pressure I’m putting on myself.
The game against Espanyol could be a turning point in the Manager career,as his transition from being a pundit to a Coach has been a challenging one. The former Valencia captain Santiago Canizares has urged the former Manchester United player to quit, especially after the loss to Barcelona, is already looking ahead.
When asked about the prospect of relegation, the former England international responded: “I’m not even considering that”.
Gary Neville still believes he is the right man to lead Valencia as he aims to change results around.
