Knee Injury Psychologically Affected Me But ... - Felix Annan

Kumasi Asante Kotoko crocked number one goal keeper, Felix Annan has revealed the injury he suffered in the game against has had negative effect on him psychologically but the road to immediate return to recovery gives him hope and zeal to fight on.


 


Annan collided with a West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) forward, Charles Boateng during Kotoko’s defeat at Sogakope and was carried-off on a stretcher with a knee ligament damage. The former WAFA-loanee was replaced with Eric Ofori Antwi.

The former Ghana U-20 goalkeeper has taken to social media to express his emotions in relation to the injury as he feels emotionally down due to the number of days he will be out of action.

He wrote on his Facebook wall, “My Body Could Stand The Crutches But My Mind Couldn’t Stand The Sideline! Fighting Hard Every Day Again To Come Back To The Field!
