Freshly-crowned Ghana Premier league champions, Wa All Stars FC, have given the playing body a one-month break at the end of a hectic season.
The Northern Blues, as they are affectionately called, defied the odds to get crowned Champions of the 2015/16 Ghana Premier league at the ninth time of asking.
General Manager of the champions confirmed the official camp break to www.sportscrusader.com ahead of a packed off-season.
“Wa All Stars FC have given the playing body and the technical team a one-month break to enable the players get enough rest.
“The players are expected to return to camp in four weeks’ time to enable the team prepare very well for the hectic schedule ahead of the club”, Seth Panwum said.
The Pride of the North endured another torturing campaign that saw the club travel a lengthy 10,000 kilometres across the 30 games honoured.
