Manchester United are keeping a close eye on Ghana’s Bernard Mensah, according to reports in Portugal.
The Ghanaian youngster joined Atletico back in 2015 amid interest from a variety of big clubs, and currently finds himself on loan at Portuguese club Vitória de Guimarães.
The 21-year-old has been tipped for a big future and he still has five years to run on his current contract with Atletico Madrid but according to Mundo Deportivo’s Chema Fuente, Jorge Mendes – agent for the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, David De Gea, Diego Costa and many more, is willing to give Jose Mourinho priority over Mensah.
However, according to A Bola, Manchester United have dispatched scouts to run the rule over the talented youngster decimate defenders in a variety of ways.
